Create your shopDuring the closed beta we create your shop with you. Your VAT number is checked with VIES.

Set your locationsSettings → Storage locations: your bin format and where numbering starts.

Scan a stackScan → Watch scanner folder, or add images. Choose game, language and condition per batch.

Check & push liveFix the few cards that need a look, then push the batch from staging to live stock.

Price itPricing → Price strategies, test with the pricing bot, then let it run daily.

What's new

ScanBandits is in beta and improves every day. Version numbers read 0.DAY.UPDATE.

Security

Personal logins per person. Passwords of at least 12 characters, stored only as salted hashes. Two-step verification with an authenticator app.

A login is locked for 15 minutes after 5 wrong passwords; addresses with many failed attempts are refused.

Sessions end after inactivity and can be signed out everywhere at once. Changing your password signs out all other devices.

Every shop only ever sees its own stock, prices, sales, settings and files.

Each change and each sign-in is in the activity log, including actions taken by our support.

Files in support tickets are checked on their content and only visible to your shop and our support.
