Scan, price and sell your cards — in one place.
ScanBandits recognises your cards with AI, finds the exact product, prices them with your own strategies and keeps every card in your stock in its place. Made in Belgium for card shops across the EU.
- Closed beta — testing with a small group of shops
- Made in Belgium
- EU VAT handled for you

One flow for every card that comes in
Every step a card shop takes, in the order you take them — without copying data between tools.
Recognition that knows the difference between versions
ScanBandits reads the card, the set and the number — and picks the exact product, including reverse holos, first editions, stamps and the language of the card.
- Watches your scanner folder: new scans are recognised while you keep scanning
- Never guesses silently: doubtful cards go to a review list
- Cards land in staging first, so nothing reaches your live stock unchecked
- Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering and One Piece

Your prices, your rules — updated every day
Build price strategies per game, language, condition and rarity on top of the Cardmarket price guide. The pricing bot applies them to your whole stock after the daily update.
- Start from trend, 1-, 7- or 30-day averages, average sell price or lowest offer
- Protect against price spikes, apply condition factors and rounding
- Minimum prices per rarity, and lock prices you set by hand
- Own daily price history: see which cards rise or fall, and by how much in your stock

Know where every card is and what it earns
Live and staging stock, filters that find any card in seconds, a bulk editor for thousands of cards at once, and reports on what you sell and where.
- Bins and positions for every card, in your own location format
- Bulk changes to price, location, quantity, comments and tags
- Revenue, orders, sell-through, days to sell and platform share
- CSV exports of your stock

Questions shops ask
Which scanner do I need?
Any document scanner that saves images to a folder works — for example a Ricoh fi-8170 for stacks of cards. ScanBandits watches that folder and picks up new scans automatically. Photos from your phone work too.
Where do the prices come from?
From the Cardmarket price guide, downloaded every day. ScanBandits keeps its own daily history on top of it, so you see how prices move — and your strategies decide what you charge.
Where can I sell my cards?
Connections with CardTrader, CardNexus, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce are being built: you prepare your listings once and a card sold on one platform is ended on the others. Sales at fairs or in your store you record directly, and you can always export your stock as CSV.
Can I try it?
ScanBandits is in closed beta: we are testing it behind closed doors with a small group of card shops. Request beta access and we let you know when there is a place for your shop. At the public launch every shop gets a free trial.
Who can use ScanBandits?
Card shops and sellers in the European Union. Prices are in euro and VAT is handled according to EU rules.
