Prices exclude VAT. Belgian customers pay 21 % VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge); other EU customers pay the VAT rate of their country. ScanBandits is available in the EU only.

Is there a free trial?
At the public launch every shop starts with a 7-day free trial with 250 scans and all Pro features, without a credit card. Right now ScanBandits is in closed beta — request beta access.
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan in Settings → Subscription & billing. If you don't, your shop moves to "payment problem" and becomes read-only after 3 days — nothing is deleted straight away.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
What if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 3 days. After that your shop is read-only (you can still look and export), after 14 days it is locked, and after 28 days without payment the shop's data is deleted. Invoices are always kept.
How is VAT handled?
All prices are excluding VAT. Belgian customers pay 21 %. EU businesses with a VAT number that is valid in VIES are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). Other EU customers pay the VAT rate of their own country.
Does my plan change how support helps me?
Every plan gets the same help. The plan decides the priority: Standard, Priority, Premium or Gold support — a higher level is handled earlier. The priority you give your ticket counts too: urgent problems always come first.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay your plan, never a percentage of what you sell.
How do I pay?
By card or the payment methods offered at checkout. Invoices are available in the app.
